This journal charges the following author fees.

Article Submission: 0.00 (IDR)
Authors are not required to pay an Article Submission Fee when submitting a manuscript to JELPA. Submission and peer review are provided free of charge.

Article Publication: 700,000.00 (IDR) or $40 (USD)
If the manuscript is accepted for publication, authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 700,000. The APC contributes to the costs of editorial processing, English language editing, proofreading, layout, DOI registration, metadata management, online publication, and journal maintenance.

International Collaboration Discount
Manuscripts co-authored by authors affiliated with institutions in at least two different countries are eligible for a 25% discount on the Article Processing Charge. After the discount, the applicable APC is IDR 525,000 or USD 30.

The discount is intended to encourage international scholarly collaboration and is determined based on the institutional affiliations stated in the manuscript at the time of submission.

The Article Processing Charge is payable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication. Payment of the APC does not influence the editorial decision or peer-review process.
